Anton is specialised in IT and data protection and provides legal support in legal cases to organisations in both the private and commercial sector.

Through his master thesis Anton has specialised in areas like data protection, IT and tech with focus on how data protection regulations relates to “metaverse”.

Karin is particularly specialized in IT law, AI, and data protection, and provides legal support to clients within both the private and public sectors.

Through her thesis work, Karin has specialized in AI and intellectual property law, where she investigated the issue of copyright for AI-generated works and analyzed the delineation of human involvement in the generation of AI works.

Elisabet Wenzlaff is a skilled business lawyer with more than 20 years of experience from various management positions in Swedish industrial companies such as ABB, Akzo Nobel and Volvo Car Group. She has got extensive experience with commercial transfers and, as an example, was responsible for the legal and intellectual property law queries related to the sale of Volvo Car Group to Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.

With her extensive competence, Elisabeth can assist companies during a sales process, such as complicated restructuring of companies prior to sales, due diligence and sales documentation, including governance and compliance work after concluding transactions.

Elisabeth can also assist with complex contract queries and work as a corporate lawyer “for hire”. She has got vast experience as a board member in companies such as Apoteket AB and Euromaint AB.

Per has got extensive experience in development of constitutional proposals and the capacity, as a consultant, to analyse, propose, and develop rules, guidance and reports related to functions within e-government.
